Fujie Environmental Protection announced that its shareholder Deqing Junjie Enterprise Management Partnership, holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings of 1.4803 million shares through centralized bidding and 1.333 million shares through block trading from July 24, 2025, to September 11, 2025, according to the plan disclosed on July 2, 2025, totaling a reduction of 2.8133 million shares, accounting for 1.90% of the company's total share capital, which is lower than the original plan of no more than 4.441 million shares; the reduction plan has expired and has been fully implemented, and Junjie Investment currently holds 10.6456 million shares, with a holding ratio of 7.19%
