Tongfei Co., Ltd. announced that the Board of Directors' Compensation and Assessment Committee reviewed the list of eligible participants for the second vesting period of the first phase of the restricted stock incentive plan. 18 reserved incentive recipients meet the relevant regulations, and the vesting conditions for their restricted stocks in the second vesting period have been fulfilled. The committee agreed to allow these 18 incentive recipients to process the vesting of restricted stocks, corresponding to a total of 83,490 shares. This matter complies with regulations and does not harm the interests of the company and its shareholders
