INTL GENIUS: Pan Yongxiang appointed as Chairman of the Board
INTL GENIUS announced that Ye Shiwei has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director due to personal matters, effective from October 23, 2025. Pan Yongxiang has been appointed as the chairman of the board and will serve as the chairman of the nomination committee. Yang Na has become a member of the audit committee, Zhao Yan has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee, Zeng Aoyan has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee, and Wang Junsheng will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration and nomination committees
According to the announcement from INTL GENIUS (00033), effective October 23, 2025: Mr. Ye Shiwei has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director of the company due to personal matters. Mr. Pan Yongxiang, the company's executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the board.
Mr. Ye Shiwei will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's audit committee, nor as a member of the remuneration committee, nomination committee, and risk management committee. Mr. Pan Yongxiang, the company's chairman and executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the nomination committee.
Ms. Yang Na, the company's non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the audit committee and will no longer serve as a member of the nomination committee. Mr. Zhao Yan, the company's independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee. Ms. Zeng Aoyan, the company's independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the remuneration committee.
