CareRay: Shareholder inquires about transferring 5.33% of the company's shares

CareRay announced that Suzhou Kangcheng Enterprise Management Consulting Service Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Meishan Free Trade Port Area Tongchi Investment Management Partnership plan to conduct a shareholder inquiry transfer, with a total of 4.7 million shares to be transferred, accounting for 5.33% of the company's total share capital. This transfer will not be conducted through centralized bidding or block trading, and the transferee will be institutional investors with corresponding pricing capabilities and risk tolerance. The lower limit of the transfer price shall not be less than 70% of the average trading price of the stock over the 20 trading days prior to the issuance of the subscription invitation letter. The transferee may not transfer the shares within 6 months after the acquisition
