Fulai New Material: Application for the issuance of A shares to specific objects has been accepted

Fulai New Material announced that on October 28, 2025, it received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of securities by Zhejiang Fulai New Material Co., Ltd. for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company and decided to accept the application and conduct a legal review. The issuance of A-shares to specific targets is subject to approval by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the decision of the China Securities Regulatory Commission for registration before it can be implemented
