TONGLI RISHENG announced that the company plans to change its Chinese name to Jiangsu Tongli Tianqi Technology Co., Ltd., and the stock abbreviation to Tongli Tianqi. This change aims to more accurately reflect the company's strategic development direction and enhance its market image. Since the company completed the acquisition of 51% of Beijing Tianqi Hongyuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in 2022, its new energy business has achieved stable growth, contributing over 50% to the consolidated net profit
