Aladdin: Kexue Valley intends to acquire a 40% equity stake in Jiaxing Kefu and Jiaxing Kejin for 133 million yuan

Aladdin announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Kexuegu Network Technology Co., Ltd., intends to use its own or self-raised funds to proportionally purchase 40% of the property shares held by all partners of the Kasima Technology employee stock ownership platform, Jiaxing Kefu Investment Partnership, with a total transaction price of 97.2896 million yuan; it also intends to use its own or self-raised funds to proportionally purchase 40% of the property shares held by all partners of Jiaxing Kejin Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, with a transaction price of 35.8721 million yuan. The total consideration for this acquisition is 133 million yuan
