StarPower Semiconductor: Application for issuance of convertible corporate bonds accepted

StarPower Semiconductor announced that on October 29, 2025, it received a notification from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of its application for the issuance of securities for listing on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The Shanghai Stock Exchange has verified the prospectus and related application documents submitted by the company, and believes that the application documents are complete and comply with legal formalities, thus deciding to accept the application and conduct a review in accordance with the law. The company's issuance of convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects still needs to be reviewed by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and approved for registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented
