Jet Bio-Filtration announced that the company reviewed and approved a proposal to establish an industrial fund for external investment on July 3, 2025, in collaboration with Nanyue Aoyang and Nanyue Fund to initiate the establishment of Nantou Investment, which will primarily invest in early and mid-stage biopharmaceutical projects. The total investment amount of the industrial fund is 50.01 million yuan, with the company as a limited partner subscribing 25 million yuan, accounting for 49.99%. Recently, Nantou Investment has completed the filing procedures with the Asset Management Association of China and obtained the "Private Investment Fund Filing Certificate."
