The company is actively promoting new businesses in AR and underwater LiDAR, launching two AR optical machines, the Dragonfly G1 and Rainbow C1, with expected prices for AR glasses dropping to 1,500-2,000 yuan. It also introduced the consumer-grade underwater blue laser LiDAR, the Far Sight D1, enhancing its ranging capability to 10 meters, attracting market attention
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, on the evening of October 30, Appotronics (688007.SH) released its third-quarter report for 2025, showing that the company's revenue in the third quarter was 392 million yuan, with a cumulative revenue of 1.353 billion yuan for the first three quarters. At the same time, the net cash flow generated from operating activities increased by 109.19% year-on-year, reaching 150 million yuan.
In the first three quarters of 2025, Appotronics continued to increase its investment in independent research and development of core components and the construction of technological reserves, and fully promoted the implementation of strategies and business transformation, currently entering a critical phase of business transformation.
Appotronics stated that based on a profound understanding of semiconductor compound material systems and laser optical technology, as well as deep technological accumulation, the company has initially achieved key breakthroughs in upstream core components, realizing the combination of underlying design and terminal applications, thereby driving the intelligent application and customized new applications of laser technology in emerging scenarios such as AR glasses and robots, meeting the demands for small size, low cost, and low power consumption in terminal applications.
In terms of specific implementation, at the 26th China International Optoelectronic Expo held in September, Appotronics launched two flagship AR optical machines, the Dragonfly G1 and Rainbow C1, and jointly introduced the industry's first "LCoS + PVG optical waveguide" one-to-two AR glasses optical solution with industry partners. This solution successfully broke through multiple technical bottlenecks in the industry, significantly enhancing user experience, and is expected to greatly reduce the terminal price of AR glasses to the range of 1500–2000 yuan. This breakthrough will not only reconstruct the current pricing system of AR glasses but also inject strong momentum into the industry's goal of achieving mass production in the millions.
Appotronics continues to improve the design, customization, and mass production capabilities of upstream core components, actively expanding partnerships with domestic and international core AR glasses brand manufacturers, and is fully promoting the implementation of AR glasses business.
At the same time, Appotronics has also launched visible light underwater LiDAR products aimed at both consumer and professional levels. Among them, the Yuanmu D1, as the industry's first consumer-grade underwater blue light LiDAR, has improved the effective ranging capability of consumer-grade underwater robots to 10 meters, marking the official entry of the industry into the "10-meter underwater ranging era," attracting positive attention from pool robot manufacturers.
The Yuanmu T1 targets the marine economy market, aiming to serve high-value scenarios such as marine cadastral surveying, underwater archaeology, and seabed resource exploration, accelerating the industry's depth. It is participating in professional exhibitions such as the 2025 China Marine Equipment Expo and the 2025 China Marine Economy Expo, actively promoting technology demonstrations and industry exchanges in vertical fields. Appotronics stated that the company has now connected with mainstream brand manufacturers and leading robot LiDAR solution providers for visible light underwater LiDAR modules, entering the complete machine development phase.
In the context of a stabilizing market and the rise of hot fields such as AR and underwater robots, Appotronics is steadily advancing the product implementation and industrial synergy of AR optical machines and underwater LiDAR based on breakthroughs in upstream core components. As forward-looking layouts gradually materialize and market demand continues to be released, the company is expected to usher in a new round of high-quality growth cycles
