
China Securities Association: Promoting the securities industry to better serve the country's foreign opening-up strategy
According to news released by the China Securities Association on October 30, the China Securities Association organized the compilation of the "Report on the International Development Practices of Securities Companies and Typical Case Compilation," which will be published during the 2025 Financial Street Forum Annual Conference. The report analyzes and summarizes the internationalization of Chinese securities companies and the operational practices of foreign securities companies in China, highlighting the challenges and issues faced, as well as future prospects. Additionally, based on case collection, it selects and showcases typical practice cases from eight Chinese institutions, including GF Securities, Guotai Junan Securities, Huatai Securities, China Merchants Securities, China Galaxy Securities, China International Capital Corporation, CITIC Construction Investment Securities, and CITIC Securities, as well as two foreign institutions, JP Morgan Securities and Nomura Orient International Securities, in areas such as assisting Chinese enterprises in going global, serving the interconnected capital markets, attracting overseas funds, meeting residents' asset allocation needs, cross-border risk management, and bilateral communication and cooperation. The aim is to promote better service from the securities industry to the country's foreign opening-up strategy and the high-quality development of the real economy through exchange, learning, and experience sharing
