QingCloud announced that the company intends to purchase a total of 25% equity in Zhongtong Tianhong from minority shareholders Zhongtong Shengshi Investment Management Co., Ltd., Mr. Han Feng, and Mr. Chen Luhui for a transaction amount of 37.5 million yuan. The funding source will be the company's own or self-raised funds. This transaction constitutes a related party transaction and does not constitute a major asset reorganization. This transaction has been approved by the third meeting of the third board of directors of the company and is subject to review by the company's shareholders' meeting
