Newway Photomask announced that the "Newway Convertible Bonds" issued this time can be converted into the company's shares starting from December 17, 2025. The total amount of the convertible corporate bonds issued is RMB 615 million, with a term of 6 years, a par value of RMB 100 per bond, and an issuance quantity of 6.15 million bonds. The total amount of funds raised is RMB 615 million, and after deducting issuance costs, the actual net amount raised is RMB 607 million
