PRIMARIUS: The industrial fund it participated in establishing has been canceled

PRIMARIUS announced that the industrial fund it participated in establishing—Shanghai Chenglin Venture Capital Partnership—has completed the industrial and commercial cancellation registration process. The proposal to participate in the establishment of the industrial fund was approved at the 25th meeting of the first board of directors held on September 27, 2023, with the company agreeing to invest RMB 100 million as a limited partner. The industrial fund completed its industrial and commercial registration in December 2023 and obtained a business license. In April 2025, due to changes in the market environment, all partners of Chenglin Venture Capital decided to dissolve the industrial fund and established a liquidation team to handle the liquidation affairs. The liquidation and cancellation of the industrial fund will not have a significant impact on the company's current financial status, production operations, and sustainable development
