LION announced that its holding subsidiary Haining LION Dongxin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. recently received a government subsidy related to revenue amounting to 30 million yuan, accounting for 11.29% of the absolute value of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the most recent accounting year. According to accounting standards, this subsidy is expected to have a positive impact on the net profit for the year 2025, and the final accounting treatment and its impact on the profit for that year will be subject to the results of the annual audit by the accountant
