Bonree: Changes in the equity of shareholders holding more than 5% and their concerted actions reach 1%

Bonree announced that as of October 31, 2025, major shareholder Feng Yunbiao, who holds more than 5% of the shares, has cumulatively reduced his holdings by 369,988 shares through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.83% of the total share capital, with his shareholding ratio decreasing from 11.41% to 10.57%; shareholder Meng Xidong and his concerted party Yuan Heng Li Hui have cumulatively reduced their holdings by 0.99% of the total share capital, with their shareholding ratio decreasing from 14.32% to 13.33%. Both changes in equity have reached the 1% threshold. This change in equity is part of the implementation of the reduction plan, does not trigger a tender offer, and does not affect the company's controlling rights. The reduction plans of both parties have not yet been fully implemented
