According to the announcement from China Technology Industry Group (08111), on October 31, 2025, China Technology Industry Investment Co., Ltd. entered into a maintenance and repair service agreement with Aolan Technology Co., Ltd. (Aolan). Under this agreement, China Technology Industry Investment agrees to provide maintenance, repair, technical support, cleaning, and other related services for the solar panel power generation equipment of Aolan's customers.
The company continues to explore opportunities for business expansion and diversification. In line with its strategic goal of broadening service scope, the company has identified the maintenance and repair service industry in Hong Kong as a key area, which has strong growth potential and can achieve synergy with its existing business operations. The agreement was established in the course of the group's daily and general business activities. By entering into this agreement, the group can formally establish the provision of maintenance and repair services as one of its main business segments, thereby enhancing its financial revenue base. Given that Aolan has a wide customer base, it provides a good opportunity for the group to develop into a reputable service operator in the field of new energy power generation equipment in Hong Kong. The agreement is also expected to generate stable annual revenue of no less than HKD 5 million during the initial period (which can be automatically renewed for two (2) years)
