According to the Zhitong Finance APP, TAIFU PUMP (300992.SZ) announced that on July 9, 2025, the company signed a "Letter of Intent for the Equity Acquisition of Zhejiang Nanyang Huacheng Technology Co., Ltd." with shareholders Shao Yutian, Feng Jiangping, and Lin Fubin, intending to acquire no less than 51% of the shares of Nanyang Huacheng in cash and obtain control of Nanyang Huacheng.
Since planning this major asset restructuring, the company has actively organized both parties to the transaction and intermediary institutions to steadily advance various tasks related to this major asset restructuring in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, conducting special due diligence in commercial, legal, and financial aspects.
