CGN Power: The payment for the acquisition of equity in Huizhou Nuclear Power and three other companies has been completed

CGN Power announced that the company has completed the payment for the acquisition of 82% equity in CGN Huizhou Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., 100% equity in CGN Huizhou Second Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., 100% equity in CGN Huizhou Third Nuclear Power Co., Ltd., and 100% equity in CGN Zhanjiang Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. The relevant companies will become subsidiaries of the company on October 31, 2025
