NENGHUI TECH. and Zhejiang Lishuan Technology Co., Ltd. jointly invested 10 million yuan to establish a joint venture company, Zhejiang Nenghui Lishuan Technology Co., Ltd., with NENGHUI TECH. holding 51% of the shares. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, NENGHUI TECH. (301046.SZ) announced that based on its optimistic outlook for the long-term development of "computing power + AI" and seizing the development opportunities of "computing power + new energy," the company is promoting its strategic transformation. Recently, the company jointly invested RMB 10 million in cash with Zhejiang Lishuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Lishuan") to establish a holding subsidiary, Zhejiang Nenghui Lishuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "holding subsidiary" or "joint venture"), in which the company subscribed to a registered capital of RMB 5.1 million, holding a 51% stake.
It is reported that the partner Zhejiang Lishuan is an AI computing power operator focused on integrated services in the "AIDC + MEC" field. With the core team's professional technical and experiential advantages in industrial digitalization and AI cloud computing construction and operation services, it has accumulated a relatively complete intellectual property and business system.
The announcement stated that the company's expertise in "distributed energy + energy storage" solutions can provide solutions for the energy needs of small and medium-sized AIDC and MEC.
