SMOORE INTL (06969.HK) announced that on October 28 and 31, it subscribed to notes issued by Morgan Stanley with principal amounts of USD 20 million and USD 60 million, maturing on November 4, 2032, and November 7, 2032, with annual interest rates of 5.35% and 5.44%, respectively
