MustangBattery announced that from October 9 to 31, 2025, shareholders Chen Yijun, Yu Gufeng, and Chen Kejun will reduce their holdings in the company. Among them, Chen Yijun will reduce 578,300 shares, Yu Gufeng will reduce 1,879,000 shares, and Chen Kejun will reduce 620,300 shares, totaling a reduction of 3,077,600 shares. The actual controlling shareholder's total shareholding ratio will decrease from 74.9963% to 73.8187%, with the equity change reaching the 1% threshold.
