TOUYUN BIOTECH has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Henan Guozi Marketing and Beijing HeWanjia to procure no less than 1 billion RMB of Rhizoclonium from 2024 to 2028. The company noted the increase in stock price and trading volume but confirmed that it is unaware of the reasons for the recent stock price fluctuations and has no undisclosed insider information
According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 4th, TOUYUN BIOTECH (01332) announced that on October 23, it signed a strategic cooperation agreement with three companies, including Henan Guozi Marketing and Beijing HeWanjia, as a sales consortium. The sales consortium will procure no less than RMB 1 billion worth of products such as Rhizoclonium from the company between next year and 2028, but a formal procurement agreement has not yet been signed. The group stated that it has noticed an increase in stock price and trading volume. In addition, after making inquiries, it confirmed that it is not aware of any reasons for the recent fluctuations in the stock price or any information that needs to be disclosed to avoid misleading market information and any insider information that must be disclosed.
