JTGROUP announced that the company's controlling shareholder Ningbo Jintian Investment Holding Co., Ltd., actual controller Lou Cheng, and concerted actor Lou Jingjing will implement a share buyback plan starting from November 23, 2024, which was completed on November 3, 2025. During this period, they cumulatively increased their holdings by 13.4326 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 0.78% of the company's total share capital, with an investment of 89.4794 million yuan; among them, Jintian Investment increased its holdings by 6.7325 million shares, accounting for 0.39%, with an amount of 50.4932 million yuan; Lou Cheng increased his holdings by 3.4501 million shares, accounting for 0.20%, with an amount of 19.907 million yuan; Lou Jingjing increased her holdings by 3.25 million shares, accounting for 0.19%, with an amount of 19.0792 million yuan
