
Huawei launches Mate 70 Air pre-sale at around $580, powered by Kirin 9020A/9020B chip

Huawei has launched pre-orders for the Mate 70 Air, priced at approximately $580 (RMB 4,199). This flagship device, measuring just 6.6mm thick, is the thinnest in the Mate series and features an aerospace-grade titanium alloy frame and ultra-ceramic glass for enhanced durability. It is powered by the Kirin 9020A and 9020B chips, depending on the RAM configuration, and includes a 7-inch display and a 6,500mAh battery. The phone will be available in black, white, and silver, with sales starting on November 11.
Huawei launched pre-orders for the Mate 70 Air today, starting at RMB 4,199 ($580). Touted as the thinnest flagship in the Mate series’ history, the device measures just 6.6mm thick. It uses an aerospace-grade titanium alloy frame and ultra-ceramic glass, which help reduce weight while improving durability. The Mate 70 Air is powered by two versions of the Kirin 9020 chip: the 16GB RAM model comes with the Kirin 9020A, while the 12GB model features the Kirin 9020B. Paired with HarmonyOS 5.1, the Mate 70 Air comes with key specs such as a 7-inch display and a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery.
