(referred to as "Hantang Cloud Intelligent Computing"). Hantang Cloud Intelligent Computing has completed the transfer of 17,808,300 shares held by Zhao Henglong through an agreement transfer method (accounting for 9.04% of the company's current total share capital) at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation. As a result, the company's controlling shareholder has changed to Hantang Cloud Intelligent Computing, and the actual controller of the company has changed to Nie Kunlin
