According to foreign media reports, Paramount Skydance (PSKY.US), Comcast (CMCSA.US), and Netflix (NFLX.US) plan to bid for Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD.US), whose stock price rose by 4%.

The report indicates that the deadline for submitting the first round of non-binding bids is November 20. It is reported that Paramount Skydance plans to participate in the formal bidding and remains committed to acquiring the entire Warner Bros. Discovery Media Group
