New World has fully contracted all early-bid perpetual securities and notes

New World Development (00017.HK) announced the final early tender results of the existing perpetual securities and notes exchange offer. As the commitment will not result in the total principal amount of the new perpetual securities and notes exceeding USD 1.9 billion, all existing perpetual securities and notes will be fully accepted. Among them, the subsidiary PerpCo is expected to issue new perpetual securities with a total principal amount of USD 1.072 billion, while BondCo is expected to issue new notes with a total principal amount of USD 107 million in exchange for the early accepted existing perpetual securities and notes
