BJ ENT WATER (00371.HK) announced that it has completed the issuance of the second tranche of medium-term notes for 2025 to qualified investors on November 18. The total issuance amount is RMB 2 billion, with the first tranche amounting to RMB 1 billion, a term of three years, maturing in November 2028, and a coupon rate of 1.96% per annum, while the second tranche also amounts to RMB 1 billion, a term of five years, maturing in November 2030, with a coupon rate of 2.11% per annum
