TAI HING GROUP (06811.HK) announced on its official website that it has recently been affected by a cybersecurity incident, resulting in the temporary inability to operate and use the "TAI HING GROUP App" and customers' electronic cash vouchers. The group has reported this incident to the relevant law enforcement agencies and will continue to work closely with the authorities to ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.

The group's management attaches great importance to this incident and will complete system repairs and enhancements as soon as possible. To protect customer rights, the validity period for customers' electronic cash vouchers in the TAI HING GROUP App will be extended by one month; however, physical cash vouchers can be used normally, and services are unaffected. TAI HING apologizes for the inconvenience caused to customers by this incident.

The group stated that the notification is purely precautionary. Based on the information currently available, there are no signs that customer personal data has been leaked, nor is there any evidence that the personal data of relevant individuals has been improperly used or abused.
