"Port House" New World Jordan Zenith first launched 30 units, with one-bedroom units starting at HKD 4.917 million

New World (00017.HK) has launched the first price list for its Jordan project, involving 30 units, including 14 one-bedroom units, 6 two-bedroom units with open kitchens, and 10 two-bedroom units with enclosed kitchens, with usable areas ranging from 212 to 380 square feet. The listed prices range from HKD 6.147 million to HKD 9.886 million, with discounted prices from HKD 4.917 million to HKD 7.908 million, and discounted price per square foot from HKD 19,284 to HKD 24,382.

In the first price list, all 14 one-bedroom units have discounted prices below HKD 6 million, and all 16 two-bedroom units have discounted prices below HKD 8 million. Additionally, in response to numerous inquiries from investors, the project has introduced a "floor purchase discount," offering an extra HKD 300,000 discount for purchasing units A, B, and C on the same floor at once.

The show units will officially open to the public for viewing this Saturday (22nd), and online registration will be available, with sales expected to start as early as next week. He Ka-xin, Director of Operations and Marketing at New World Development, stated that due to the enthusiastic market response, there is a high chance of launching additional units in the short term, and there is a possibility of selling all 63 units in the project in price list form; floor purchases or bulk buyers will have priority in selecting units
