
KELFRED's controlling shareholder may sell its holdings and has applied for resumption of trading tomorrow morning
KELFRED (01134.HK) stated that it has been informed by its controlling shareholder, Dingfeng, that it is in discussions and negotiations with potential buyers regarding the possible sale of approximately 271 million shares, which represents all of its holdings and accounts for about 54.19% of the company's total issued share capital; the potential buyer or its concert parties are in discussions and negotiations with other minority shareholders of the company regarding possible share transactions, one of the minority shareholders involved is independent non-executive director Leung Ka Tin.
Currently, the details of the potential sale are still under negotiation, and no formal agreement has been established.
Trading of the company's shares will be suspended on the Stock Exchange from the morning of November 4, 2025, pending the publication of this announcement. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of its shares from the morning of November 21, 2025
