The Nasdaq Biotechnology Index rose more than 1% in early trading of US stocks. Component stocks Annexon rose 14.04%, Design Therapeutics rose 15.80%, Adaptive Biotechnologies rose 10.89%, Alumis rose 10.27%, and Agios Pharmaceuticals also rose 9.44%. Biogen fell 0.97%, Amgen fell 1.28%, Applied Therapeutics fell 2.32%, and Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals also fell 2.79%
