Sinopec Corp. repurchased 8.25 million shares, involving approximately 36.78 million yuan

Sinopec Corp. (00386.HK) today (21st) repurchased 8.25 million H shares on the Stock Exchange, with a price per share ranging from HKD 4.42 to HKD 4.56, involving a total amount of HKD 36.7777 million. Since the buyback authorization resolution was approved on May 28th, the company has repurchased approximately 177 million shares, accounting for about 0.15% of the issued share capital
