TSMC CEO: Advanced process capacity is "not enough, not enough, still not enough," current capacity is still 3 times short!

He revealed that based on the product planning and growth expectations of various major clients, TSMC's current capacity is still about three times short. He even joked that he originally wanted to wear a T-shirt with "No more wafer" printed on it, implying that the demand for wafers is so strong that it is difficult to digest, becoming one of the most talked-about topics of the evening. TSMC pointed out that this award represents global recognition of the company's long-term contributions to advancing processes, advanced packaging, and manufacturing ecosystems.
