Against this backdrop, on November 28, Dongxing Fund announced that Qu Dongsong has been appointed as the deputy general manager of Dongxing Fund.
<h2>Dongxing Fund Appoints Deputy General Manager</h2>
About a week ago, on the evening of November 19, CICC announced plans for a significant asset restructuring involving Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities. The plan involves CICC issuing A-shares to all A-share shareholders of Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities in a stock swap to absorb and merge them.
Naturally, the subsequent merger of the three brokerages—CICC, Dongxing, and Cinda—into a new entity will also control three fund companies: CICC Fund, Dongxing Fund, and Cinda Australia Fund. Therefore, to align with the corresponding regulations, market opinions suggest that these three fund companies will also face adjustments.
In this context, Qu Dongsong, who has a background in the operations of branch offices, first became a director of the company and then assumed the role of deputy general manager on November 27.
Public information shows that Qu Dongsong previously worked as an employee at the Shandong Silk Exhibition and Sales Building; as a clerk in the finance department of Shandong Silk Corporation, a clerk in the development department, deputy chief clerk of the development department, and chief clerk of the reform and restructuring office (Wanfang Company); general manager of Shandong Derun Venture Capital Co., Ltd.; deputy general manager and general manager of the Jinan branch of Shandong Hairun Investment Group Co., Ltd.'s third industry department; general manager of the Jinan International Business Hotel of Shandong Hairun Investment Group Co., Ltd.'s third industry department; deputy general manager of the third industry department of Shandong Hairun Investment Group Co., Ltd.; executive deputy general manager of Qingdao Tianmu City Management Co., Ltd.; general manager of Shandong Tourism Industry Development Co., Ltd.; office director and general manager of the institutional business department of Guotai Junan Shandong Branch; general manager of the Shandong region of Lide Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly Shanghai Lide Wealth); employee and general manager of the Jinan Liberation Road Securities Business Department of Dongxing Securities; deputy general manager (acting) of the Jinan branch of Dongxing Securities and general manager of the Shandong branch (formerly Jinan branch). In 2025, Qu Dongsong joined Dongxing Fund as a director.
<h2>China Construction Bank Fund Appoints Financial Head</h2>
Additionally, on the same day, China Construction Bank Fund announced that Zhang Zheng has been appointed as the financial head of the company.
Zhang Zheng joined the head office of China Construction Bank in April 1997 and has worked in various departments including the Fund Planning Department, Planning and Finance Department, Fund Department, Fund Trading Department, Financial Markets Department, Hong Kong Fund Operations Center, Wealth Management and Private Banking Department, and Private Banking Department, engaging in financial market research, fund trading, and domestic currency investment for a long time.
Since December 2024, Zhang Zheng has served as a member of the Party Committee of China Construction Bank Fund Management Company, and since January 2025, he has been the vice president of China Construction Bank Fund Management Company, and now he has also taken on the role of financial head of China Construction Bank Fund
