Addionics and PNT team up to produce prismatic Li-ion batteries for the energy storage market.
An Israeli company, Addionics Ltd., known for their Smart 3D Current Collector technology, and South Korea's PNT Materials Co., Ltd., specializing in battery materials and equipment, have partnered for a collaborative project. This collaboration aims to develop, produce, and bring to market prismatic lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cells specifically for Energy Storage Systems (ESS). The joint efforts will leverage Addionics’ expertise in Smart 3D Current Collector manufacturing along with PNT’s advanced prismatic cell production capabilities. This strategic alliance signifies a step towards enhancing the ESS industry.
