In Toronto on December 22, 2025, Electra Battery Materials Corporation (NASDAQ: ELBM; TSX-V: ELBM) announced the establishment of an At the Market Offering (ATM) in accordance with the At The Market Offering Agreement made with H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC on June 26, 2025. The Company is authorized to offer and sell common shares (Common Shares) through Wainwright, with a total value of up to US$5,500,000. Wainwright will receive a 3.0% cash commission on the gross proceeds generated from the ATM.
