MTT GROUP (02350.HK) will resume trading today (2nd) at 9:00 AM.
MTT GROUP previously announced the acquisition of 100% equity in Hong Kong Wisewave Digital Technology from an independent third party, which mainly engages in providing data center solutions, involving computer hardware trading, system integration, and maintenance services. The consideration is HKD 87.5 million, to be paid through the issuance of 125 million consideration shares at an issue price of HKD 0.7, representing a discount of 19.54% compared to today's (31st) closing price. Upon completion, the seller will hold 16.7% of the company's equity
