In Shanghai, the 10th batch of residential land parcels for 2025 were both sold at the reserve price, with a total transaction amount of 4.56955 billion yuan. Among them, the Y00-0402 unit E04B-10 land parcel in Pudong New District was won by Shanghai Yueheng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of YUEXIU PROPERTY (00123.HK), for a total price of 2.56086 billion yuan, with a transaction floor price of 38,035 yuan per square meter.
