In London, Cool Company Ltd. (CoolCo) announced on January 6, 2026, that the merger with an EPS Ventures Ltd. subsidiary has met all requirements for completion. The stock exchange announcement revealed that the merger, carried out via a cash merger, has been successfully registered in the Bermuda Registrar of Companies. CoolCo trades on NYSE under CLCO and CLCO.OL.
