SHANXI INSTALL spent 58.55 million RMB to acquire 70% of its overseas investment business
Shanxi Install (02520.HK) announced related transactions, acquiring the remaining 70% equity of Shanxi Construction Investment International from Shanxi Construction Investment Hong Kong and Shanxi Construction Investment International to become a wholly-owned subsidiary. The latter mainly engages in overseas project investment, with a cash consideration of RMB 58.55 million, which will be paid using its own funds
