DoNews reported on January 15 that on January 13, JoulWatt Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "JoulWatt") submitted its prospectus to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, intending to go public in Hong Kong. The company's sponsor is CITIC Securities (Hong Kong) Limited, the law firm is King & Wood Mallesons, and the accounting firm is Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants Limited.

JoulWatt is a simulation integrated circuit design company operating under a virtual IDM model, focusing on the research and development of analog integrated circuits. We have developed a proprietary process platform for integrated circuit production, providing a comprehensive range of analog integrated circuit products covering various application scenarios.

During the reporting period (from 2022 to October 2025), JoulWatt's revenues were 1.448 billion yuan, 1.297 billion yuan, 1.679 billion yuan, and 2.113 billion yuan, respectively.
