Future World Holdings (00572.HK) announced the sale of securities and three loan receivables to major shareholder and executive director Li Langwei for a total consideration of HKD 119 million, including cash of HKD 16.24 million, with the balance settled by offsetting the company's debts.
The securities involved include: CMBC CAPITAL (01141.HK) 7.89 million shares; HG SEMI (06908.HK) 390,000 shares; CONANT OPTICAL (02276.HK) 1.02 million shares; LX TECHNOLOGY (02436.HK) 540,000 shares; and FENBI (02469.HK) 240,000 shares.
