According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Hangzhou Zhijian Power Technology Co., Ltd. underwent a business change, adding Guangxi Tencent Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and Taobao China Holdings Limited as shareholders, while the registered capital increased to 1.5191 million yuan. Qichacha information shows that the company was established in July 2025, and its business scope includes: basic resources and technology platforms for artificial intelligence; public data platforms for artificial intelligence; technical consulting services for public service platforms for artificial intelligence; research and development of intelligent robots, etc. Public information indicates that Zhijian Power is a developer of intelligent driving technology and is the entrepreneurial project of Jia Peng, the former head of intelligent driving technology development at Li Auto
