MOKINGRAN H shares full circulation received filing notice
MOKINGRAN (02585.HK) announced that it has recently received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the implementation of the full circulation of the company's H shares. The company has completed the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the conversion of 40 million unlisted domestic shares of that shareholder into H shares. The validity period of the filing notice is 12 months from the date of issuance. The company will apply to the Listing Committee of the Stock Exchange for approval of the listing and trading of the relevant H shares
