This SMT business originated from the acquisition of a Siemens division in 2011, with core assets and operations concentrated overseas. Analysts believe that this spin-off is not merely an asset optimization but is aimed at reducing long-arm jurisdiction risks and clarifying the value of core semiconductor assets, clearing key obstacles for Chinese capital involvement
