Component stock Cabaletta Bio rose 26.28%, Altimmune, Prime Medicine, Personalis, and Corvus Pharmaceuticals increased by 16.67%-15.21%, and GRAIL also rose 15.03%. 
Aardvark Therapeutics, on the other hand, fell 4.68%, Monte Rosa Therapeutics dropped 4.99%, Bioage Labs decreased by 6.06%, and Legend Bio declined 6.84%
