Guangzhou lists for sale a giant plot in Tianhe District with a starting total price of 18.64 billion RMB
The Guangzhou Planning and Natural Resources Bureau announced today (23rd) the official listing of the Phase 1 land parcel in Tianhe District. The parcel is located south of Huangpu Avenue and east of Machang Road, with a land use nature of mixed-use (including residential). The land area is 194,500 square meters, with a planned construction area of 567,000 square meters, and the starting price is as high as 18.644 billion yuan (the same below), with a starting comprehensive floor price of 32,900 yuan/square meter.
The deadline for bidding applications for this parcel is February 24, and the time-limited bidding will take place on February 25 at 10 a.m
