National Bureau of Statistics: Mid-January pig prices increased by 3.2% compared to the previous ten days, lithium iron phosphate increased by 8.4%

According to the National Bureau of Statistics' monitoring of market prices for 50 important production materials across 9 categories in the national circulation sector, compared to early January, mid-January 2026 saw price increases for 29 products, decreases for 13, and 8 remained unchanged.

Among them, the price of live pigs (External Three Yuan) is reported at RMB 12.9 per kilogram, an increase of 3.2% compared to the previous ten days. The price of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is reported at RMB 3,701.1 per ton, an increase of 3.4% compared to the previous ten days. The prices of lithium iron phosphate (ordinary power type) and polysilicon (dense material) are reported at RMB 54,157.1 per ton and RMB 55 per kilogram, respectively, with increases of 8.4% and 4.4% compared to the previous ten days. The price of corrugated paper (AA grade 120g) is reported at RMB 2,723.8 per ton, a decrease of 4.8% compared to the previous ten days
